1.1. SRCO provides professional accounting, tax, and VAT services, which include:
1.2. The services provided under this agreement are capped as low as BDT 50,000 per month (exclusive of VAT), and are subject to the following limits:
1.3. Beyond these limits, additional charges may apply based on the increased workload. A revised pricing structure will be discussed and agreed upon prior to providing services exceeding the capped limits.
1.4. Service Personnel:
1.5. Outstation Visits: For visits outside the Dhaka City Corporation, additional TA/DA costs will be charged separately.
1.6. Software License Costs: The service package does not include the cost of accounting software licenses. If the client requires an individual software license, it will be charged separately.
1.7. All payments must be made in advance before services are rendered.
2.1. The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and records necessary for SRCO to perform its services effectively.
2.2. The client is responsible for reviewing all reports, submissions, and vat filing before they are submitted to relevant authorities. SRCO is not responsible for any penalties, interests, or legal liabilities incurred due to inaccuracies or non-compliance on the client’s part.
2.3. The client agrees to comply with the service limits specified in Section 1.2. Exceeding the specified limits will result in additional charges, based on the additional work required.
3.1. SRCO’s liability is limited to the services provided under the BDT 50,000 package and does not extend beyond 350 monthly voucher entries or a revenue volume exceeding BDT 25 Lac per month.
3.2. SRCO will not be held responsible for any penalties, interests, or legal liabilities incurred due to inaccuracies or non-compliance on the client’s part.
3.3. SRCO’s liability for any claims is limited to the total fees paid by the client within the period of service. SRCO is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
4.1. SRCO adheres to the ethical and professional standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and other relevant regulatory bodies.
4.2. SRCO will notify the client if company policies or internal procedures hinder the fulfillment of contractual responsibilities. However, SRCO will not be responsible for client decisions made without proper consultation.
5.1. SRCO ensures strict confidentiality regarding client information and financial data, except where disclosure is required by law.
5.2. All information exchanged via electronic communications will be handled with due care, but SRCO cannot guarantee complete security due to the nature of online platforms.
6.1. SRCO shall not be liable for delays or non-performance of services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technological failures.
7.1. Any disputes shall be addressed through negotiation or mediation.
7.2. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under Bangladeshi law, and the arbitration decision shall be final.
8.1. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice.
8.2. SRCO reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment or breach of contract.
8.3. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
9.1. The client agrees to indemnify SRCO against any claims or losses arising from the client’s non-compliance with tax laws, government regulations, or the terms of this agreement.
10.1. SRCO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing and will take effect immediately.
